Due to the type of the products that we deliver, you must understand that it is impossible for us to return the products that you order. Our service is based on fast delivery of sweets in order to preserve their quality and freshness. Shipping Policy
Important Note:
Shipping charges are included in the final billing of your orders.

Order Fulfillment  
Our goal is to deliver cakes within 48 hours of your order.  We do not deliver on Sundays (except in Thessaloniki area where we can deliver on Sunday with an additional cost of 7,00 euros per order). We do not deliver also on Christmas, Easter, New Year's Day, March 25th, October 28th. You must send us at least two days earlier your orders if you want to deliver sweets on the dates mentioned earlier. Please have in mind that we are a delivery service. We do not own a pastry shop. We collaborate with a network of many pastry shops in Greece. Therefore the only responsible for the quality of the cake is the pastry shop or bakery that we collaborate.

Shipping Method
We hand deliver your cakes, minutes after we received them from the nearest bakery..

Stock Items 
Due to the nature of our products we do not not keep our products in stock. All the sweets that you're ordering are custom made according your order. We keep that policy in order to serve fresh and high quality cakes and pastry.
