Every cake that we deliver is handcrafted and every pastry/bakery shop we collaborate has its own chef with his/her own way of baking and designing the cake. There might be a slight variation in the product in terms of design when compared to the images displayed on the website. The shape of the cake could vary based on the flavor selected. Having said that, we at always make sure that all cakes are very similar to the corresponding images displayed on the website and preserve their top quality standards of taste and freshness.

We accept payments through Paypal. You can pay with Paypal, either you have or you haven’t a Paypal account.

To make a payment through PayPal without opening an account yourself, you’ll have to have the recipient send you an invoice or money request. This means you’ll receive an email with either a detailed invoice — usually if you’re paying a business — or a simple note explaining what the money is needed for.

Embedded in the email will be a ‘Pay now’ button, which is all you need to make the payment without opening a PayPal account yourself.

Alternative way of payment

At the moment there is available payment by Paypal. We can accept also Western Union payments, but you must get in contact with us.

Can I be sure my gift will be delivered on time?

Absolutely. There is no recreating the experience of receiving a gift on the actual day of one’s birthday or special occasion, and we are committed to fulfilling this pledge to our customers. For your own peace of mind, we also provide direct access to the shipment process through our Gift Tracker so you can see precisely when your order is received.
Our goal is to deliver cakes within 48 hours of your order.
We do not deliver on Sundays (except in Thessaloniki area where we can deliver on Sunday).
If you want us to deliver a cake in National Holidays: on Christmas day, Easter, New Year’s Day, Epiphany Day (6th Jan), March 25th, August 15th and October 28th, please send us an e-mail at least 4 days earlier. We will schedule the delivery (if possible) and then we will contact you. In any case, you’re not going to be charged, unless our service secure delivery.

We deliver to any home or office address from 10:00am till 14:00pm and to home delivery addresses from 15:00pm till 21:00pm.
Special delivery time in selected locations is available upon request at an additional charge.

It’s important to provide a phone number, preferably mobile. We will contact the recipient some moments before delivery time to assure that he/she will be at the delivery address.

In any case, we will not ruin the surprise!

Yes you can cancel your order under some terms. We confirm your order after 6-12 hours after you post it. Between that time you can ask for a full refund of your amount.
If you ask for a refund after we collect money from paypal, there is a minimum charge of 5 euros.
